PREPARATION WITH DNA TESTING - FOR WILDSWINKEL AUCTION 12 May 2017

In March, we started preparing for the Wildswinkel Auction that will be held on 12 May 2017 in Bela Bela.

DNA samples of all our sable and roan on auction was taken for mitochondrial and nuclear testing and pregnancy tests were conducted.

Purple Rain Game Breeders will be selling the following animals on the auction:

2x Zambian heifers, pregnant by MD 4, the Son of Madala and half brothers of Charlie and Tequila. 6x Intermediate sable heifers, pregnant by Kariba and Mauritz both 45”+ 2x Roan heifers, pregnant by 29.5” New Wycombe bull. Coffee Springbuck package consisting of one young Coffee Ram and 4 split ewes covered by a coffee ram. 1x White rhino cow and bull calf combination 2x White rhino heifers, 5 years of age.
